"We took our cat Lily in for regular vaccines as well as a general check-up, and were both a bit nervous about the experience since she has only left home once or twice in her life (she's 4 years old now). The veterinary technicians and doctors could not have been more respectful and easy to talk to about any concerns that we had. By the time Lily was back home with her brother she was as relaxed and easy-going as any other day. Hard to believe it now but I'm actually looking forward to getting our other cat in for their check-up, knowing it was so easy! I also must say, costs were much lower than I was expecting! Thanks to the entire team at Hartrick!"
